JETLINEA is an air charter broker and acts solely as an intermediary between third-party air operators and the client.
JETLINEA arranges air transport by chartering aircraft from operators holding a valid air operator's certificate, as an agent, in the name of and on behalf of the client.
JETLINEA does not operate aircraft, is neither the contracting carrier nor the de facto carrier, and does not itself provide air transport services. The contract of carriage is concluded between the client and the air operator, which remains solely responsible for performing the flight.
The prices shown on this site, in particular in the estimator and on the aircraft pages, are indicative ranges. They constitute neither an offer in the legal sense of the term nor a contractual commitment within the meaning of the Bulgarian Obligations and Contracts Act (Закон за задълженията и договорите).
Only a named quotation, drawn up after consulting the operators and accepted by both parties, is binding. The final price depends on the aircraft actually available, on where it is positioned at the time of the request, on the applicable airport charges and on operating conditions.
The data published on the aircraft pages — range, cruise speed, number of seats, take-off and landing distances — are manufacturer's specifications given for guidance. They vary with the version, the configuration, the load and the weather conditions.

The aircraft names and models cited belong to their respective manufacturers and are mentioned for descriptive purposes only.

WE-BUS EOOD being established in Bulgaria, this site and the services described on it are governed by Bulgarian law.
That choice does not deprive a client acting as a consumer of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence (Rome I Regulation, article 6). A consumer resident in France therefore keeps the benefit of French consumer law.
Failing an amicable settlement, disputes fall to the Bulgarian courts. A client who is a consumer may nonetheless bring proceedings before the courts of their own domicile, and may only be sued before those courts (Brussels I bis Regulation, articles 17 to 19).
