What data we process, why, for how long, and how to exercise your rights.

No order can be placed and no payment can be made through this site: it provides indicative estimates only. Any booking is the subject of a separate contract, provided before any commitment.

In short: this site sets no cookies, uses no audience measurement tool and contains no form. You can browse it and use the estimator without leaving the slightest item of personal data.

Browsing the site

No cookies, no audience measurement

This site sets no cookies on your device and includes no advertising tracker or statistical tool. No consent banner is therefore required.

Price estimator

The estimator's calculations are performed in your browser. The routes you enter are neither transmitted nor stored.

External resources

The typefaces are hosted on our own servers: displaying them calls on no third-party service. Only the interactive map of the estimator loads external resources (OpenFreeMap base maps, and the mapping library served by unpkg); some illustrative images additionally have a backup copy at Wikimedia Commons and Pexels, called only if our own file fails to load. Technically, those services receive your IP address, as they would for any element loaded from another domain. We pass them no other data.

Getting in touch

When you call or write to us, we process the data you give us: name, contact details, and the particulars of your intended flight.

  • Purpose: to answer your request, draw up a quotation, arrange the flight.
  • Legal basis: pre-contractual measures and performance of the contract (article 6.1.b GDPR).
  • Recipients: our own teams and, for the data strictly needed for the flight, the air operator selected.
  • Retention period: 3 years from the last contact for prospects; the statutory retention period for accounting records in the case of clients.

Transfers outside the European Union

The site is hosted by o2switch, in France: technical connection logs are processed within the European Union.

Some third-party services called when pages are displayed nevertheless receive your IP address from their own servers: the interactive map of the estimator (OpenFreeMap base maps, and the mapping library served by unpkg, a content delivery network established in the United States), and, as a fallback only, the illustrative images hosted by Wikimedia Commons and Pexels (United States). None of these services sets a cookie or makes it possible to identify you personally.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise those rights, write to contact@jetlinea.com.

The supervisory authority competent for WE-BUS EOOD is the Commission for Personal Data Protection (Комисия за защита на личните данни, КЗЛД), the Bulgarian data protection authority — cpdp.bg.

You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of your country of residence, your place of work or the place of the alleged infringement (GDPR, article 77): in France, the CNIL — www.cnil.fr.

Security

The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. Exchanges with our teams take place by telephone, messaging or email.

To be updated if you later add an audience measurement tool (Google Analytics), a contact form or an instant messaging service: a consent banner will then become mandatory.
