What data we process, why, for how long, and how to exercise your rights.

The estimator's calculations are performed in your browser. The routes you enter are neither transmitted nor stored.

External resources

Displaying the maps and the typefaces calls on third-party services (OpenFreeMap, unpkg, Google Fonts, jsDelivr). Technically, those services receive your IP address, as they would for any element loaded from another domain. We pass them no other data.

Getting in touch

When you call or write to us, we process the data you give us: name, contact details, and the particulars of your intended flight.

  • Purpose: to answer your request, draw up a quotation, arrange the flight.
  • Legal basis: pre-contractual measures and performance of the contract (article 6.1.b GDPR).
  • Recipients: our own teams and, for the data strictly needed for the flight, the air operator selected.
  • Retention period: 3 years from the last contact for prospects; the statutory retention period for accounting records in the case of clients.

Transfers outside the European Union

The site's host, Netlify Inc., is established in the United States. Technical connection logs may be processed there, on the basis of the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise those rights, write to contact@jetlinea.com.

The supervisory authority competent for WE-BUS EOOD is the Commission for Personal Data Protection (Комисия за защита на личните данни, КЗЛД), the Bulgarian data protection authority — cpdp.bg.

You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of your country of residence, your place of work or the place of the alleged infringement (GDPR, article 77): in France, the CNIL — www.cnil.fr.

Security

The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. Exchanges with our teams take place by telephone, messaging or email.

To be updated if you later add an audience measurement tool (Google Analytics), a contact form or an instant messaging service: a consent banner will then become mandatory.
